I have been so busy busy these last two weeks lots of sewing and planning, I have handed in my notice at work ( very scary:-/ ), signed up to not on the high street and committed myself to some craft fairs. Today I had promised myself some me time and what do you know as if someone was listening the sun came out and I spent my me time on my decking with a nice cup of tea catching up with some reading for the bookclub I belong to. It was bliss.......the best things in life are
free :-)
Hope you have mange to catch some sun too :-)

Well done for handing in your notice and joining NOTH. Exciting times! Your work is so lovely that I'm sure you will be very successful. I dream of a day spent sitting in the sun reading a book! x
ReplyDeleteI handed my notice in in January and now just work part-time and to be honest I've never been happier. More time to enjoy the good things and less hassle!

I hope NOTHS goes well for you, I am sure you will make it a success. You are doing well now, so the extra time hopefully will make it less stressful.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with NOTHS - how exciting! Whilst I could do with the extra cash working full time brings, I've been part time for nearly two years and its the best move I've ever made.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your free ME time too :)
Thanks everyone for your support, It was just getting to much and I love sewing my little purses plus a bit more family time will be nice :-)

Big step Debs but I'm sure you'll do great, your work is gorgeous. I've got the cold so I spent the day looking out at the sunshine and drinking lemsip lol. Hugs Dawn Marie.xx
